This is a rare and unique opportunity, with only six weekends offered each year in June and September, along with limited weekday wedding options during those same months. With exclusive use of the entire property, your guests stay, celebrate, and connect together in one beautiful setting with no shared spaces and no travel between venues. From beachfront ceremonies and elevated tented receptions to tiki bar gatherings, fire-pit evenings, and relaxed waterfront mornings, every part of your celebration unfolds on-site across a seamless weekend experience. With accommodations for 40+ overnight guests and full access to resort amenities, CARI stands as the only private, full-resort wedding experience of its kind in Ontario

Planning & Partnerships

At CARI, we are pleased to collaborate seamlessly with professional wedding planners as well as work directly with couples. Our role is to provide a beautifully maintained, fully staffed beachfront setting and to support the overall flow of the celebration — while allowing the creative direction and detailed planning to be led by the couple and their chosen professionals.

In addition to providing a fully staffed resort, the CARI team is also responsible for the coordination and care of all on-site accommodations, ensuring a seamless and well-supported overnight experience for both hosts and guests throughout the celebration.

For those who would like recommendations, we are happy to introduce a trusted network of local partners for planning, catering, florals, entertainment, photography, rentals, and specialty services, offering flexibility to build the team that best suits each celebration.

Weekend Wedding Buyout — 2-Night Stay

Our signature weekend wedding experience offers couples and their guests the rare opportunity to take over an entire private beachfront resort for two unforgettable nights of celebration.

One-Night Weekday Wedding Buyout

$12,500

For couples with flexible timelines, our one-night weekday buyout is offered at a reduced investment while delivering the same elevated resort experience and complete privacy as our signature weekend celebration.

Deposit & Payment Structure

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. A further 40% is due 120 days prior to the wedding date. The remaining 30% balance is due 30 days prior to the event. A refundable damage/security deposit may be required and will be returned within 5–7 business days following post-event inspection.
